We are looking for Customer Support candidates that have very strong English writing skills.  Successful candidates must be able to quickly identify the customer's primary concerns.  Succsessful candidates must be able to respond to client concerns quickly without resorting hastily to templates.  Each customer support response must be evaluated and serviced based on its particular issues and circumstances.  Successful candidates must be able to provide highly individualized and customized customer support.
